the webflow partner program explained

iphone with museum-free website

If you are looking for an agency to build a Webflow website, you will run into the terms soon enough: Certified Partner, Premium Partner, sometimes followed by Enterprise. They are levels in the Webflow partner program. Most explanations are written for agencies that want to become a partner. This one is written for those who have to choose one.

Premium Partner4,000 points in a calendar year.Yes, with priority

Foundations
This level has existed since April 28, 2026 and is the entry level. An agency signs up and receives training materials and a commission on subscriptions. It simply means an agency works with Webflow, nothing more.

Certified Partner
This is the level where Webflow reviews the work itself. An agency submits three websites that it has built from scratch for clients. Webflow assesses them on five components: the client's experience in Webflow, the quality of the design, the layout and structure, the site's optimization, and accessibility. A site must score 'good' on the first three. On the last two, 'sufficient' is enough.

Premium Partner
This level works with points. An agency earns them with every site subscription a client takes out with Webflow and, according to Webflow, also with contributions to the community around the platform. The counter resets to zero every year. Whoever reaches the threshold is a Premium Partner from that moment until the end of the following calendar year.

what premium does say

Premium is the highest level. It primarily measures how much an agency does with Webflow. A Premium Partner has brought many paid sites to Webflow in the past year and must continue to do so to maintain the status. You therefore know that the agency uses the platform daily and that clients keep their sites there.

For a client, there is one practical advantage: a Premium Partner has a dedicated contact person at Webflow. If a project gets stuck due to something related to the platform, there is a direct line. Certified Partners also have early access to new features and priority support.

what it doesn't say

The substantive assessment is part of the Certified level. As far as Webflow describes it, they do not re-evaluate the quality of work for Premium status. A Premium Partner is therefore a Certified Partner with more volume. Whether that results in better work for your specific needs is a separate matter.

Whether the agency knows your sector
For that, you should look at their work and their clients.

How accessible they build
In Webflow's assessment, 'sufficient' is enough.

How large they are
In the Netherlands and Belgium, freelancers and agencies with dozens of employees share the same level, with starting prices ranging from approximately €900 to €22,300.

enterprise is a separate distinction

In addition to the levels, Webflow has an Enterprise distinction. This is awarded to a Certified or Premium Partner who has completed training and brought in at least two clients for Webflow Enterprise. It indicates experience with large organizations and is independent of the level.

what an agency earns from it

A partner receives a commission from Webflow on the subscription of every site they bring in: 10 percent at the entry level and 20 percent for Certified and Premium Partners, over the first twelve months. You don't pay anything extra for this, but it is good to know.

how to check the status

Every Certified and Premium Partner has a profile on webflow.com that displays their level. That profile is the proof. A logo on their own website is not.

If you cannot find an agency in the partner directory, they are not a Certified or Premium Partner. Agencies at the entry level are not listed there.

Our profile lists us as a Premium Partner and partner since November 2023. What that means for a project is explained on our page about Webflow Premium Partner. All Premium Partners in the Netherlands and Belgium are listed in our list.
